First evening in Jordan

The flight was wonderful a 2x2x2 Business class seating arrangement. Business class was only half full so I had use of two seats, my 3G and seat next to me. The food service was nothing to write home.  I watched the series The Americans which is addicting. The time flew. It was a 10.5 hour flight.
After a phone call and a 20 minute wait, I was met at the airport to take me to the hostel in Amman.  The view driving in did not pass anything pretty in the city. The traffic was bad coming in from the airport.
The Jordan Hostel is old from the outside and nothing to look at and might even scare the faint of heart. My room was practically on the roof as it was a walk up on the 5th floor. The size was fine but it needs a terrible refreshing. The Bathroom has a showing right in front of the toilet. Talk about small. The room is cold good thing I have a sweater but the worst is you can not get Wi-Fi up on the 4th floor. The gentlemen and worker are all gracious and helpful. He is moving me to a lower floor tomorrow. It does have its quirky charm, I have spoken with a few travelers which was fun.
I am down in the lobby tying this blog.
